The Airport Hilton in Ft Luaderdale has a lobby bar called Liquid. It seems to usually very busy with alot of airline crewmembers and private jet pilots. The Bar and wait staff are very friendly and are usually from some far off place. For example the 2 bartentenders the other night were from Australia and Turkey.

The Airport Hilton has a concierge lounge in the lobby of the 7th floor that has a good happy hour with free drinks and snacks Mon thru Fri. Usually some airline and corporate crewmember and along with local business travelers enjoys the area.

Landed at Luton , Enlgland the other day, spending 3 days here.
We 're staying at a place called The Sopwell House outside of ST Albans
Its a nice place , however a little remote. A taxi into town cost about 6 pounds or around $12
Last night we visited a great little Pub called THe Robin Hood. The owner and Barkeep were extemely friendly and offered great conversation. They also recommended a great Itatlian place around the corner. If you ever get to St Albans , England I suggest visiting this Pub.

IAD - Airport Hilton , Lobby Bar usually has A few airline and corporate flight crews there every night, also the concierge lounge usuall has a good social gathering.

TEB (Teterboro ) Hasbrouck Heights Holiday Inn Verbena Bar Usually has a good gathering of Corporate Pilots and Fractional pilots, TVs on with sports channels
HPN ( White Plains ) Crowne Plaza White Plains Lobby bar , Always has sports on large projection TV ; OutBack Steakhouse Bar Across from Crowne Plaza Bar.
